Why my account is Autosuspended?

    My account and forms have been autossuspended, and I don't know the reason.

    Your account was suspended because your form 92524970501657 is collecting Passwords from the users which are against our Terms of Use.

    Phishing. You agree that Company may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    I have now removed the password field and re-activated your account. Please refrain from doing this as it is against our terms of use.

    If your intention is not to collect the passwords from the users then you can change the name to something like Access Code to avoid being flagged by our Phishing Detector Tool.
