What is the limit of sub-users

Can you please tell me what the limit is on sub-users for a silver account.  We used to have a large amount - I keep deleting sub-users and it's not letting me create any more in their place.

For Silver subscription, you have a limit of 100 forms and as I check you have used 68 forms. You should be able to create more forms since you haven't reached your limits.

Are you referring to your forms? If so, please note that the Main Account's limit will not be applied to the sub-account. Also, because the sub-account users are on a Free Subscription, so you have to make the forms on the Main Account which is on a Silver Subscription then share it with your sub-account users.

If you are referring to how many Sub Accounts you can create, you can verify it on the MyAccount page under the Users tab. As per checking you have reached your limit and you have created 23 sub-accounts.
