PayPal Incomplete Payment Submissions

    This form was working well all year and recently developed a problem on submission.

    The last 3 submissions got held up as an incomplete payment.

    The constituents had to then be  informed that the funds were not received and payment information had to be collected and processed manually.

    Please check the form if you see an issue that needs to be corrected from our end.

    The 'Incomplete Payment' submission is usually added when the PayPal payment step is skipped by the form submitter. 

    Please note that when you manually complete such submissions, it does not process any payments. It just moves the entry from the 'Incomplete Payments' to the regular submissions section.

    When I test a cloned version of your form it seems to be working properly. You may submit a test form entry to make sure that your form is redirecting properly to the PayPal payment page.
