I sent out a copied link to the people who needed to complete the form I created however, when they came back to fill out the form about a week and half later, the link asked them to create an account. When they did, all it said is they have no forms. The link should take them directly to the form I made I thought? Is that correct or does the link expire after a certain amount of time?

Hi @ksalvatori!
There is no expiration date on an Edit Submission Link. Can you please provide us with one of the submissions where your client is experiencing this issue. We would like to test this further.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

I was unable to find a form with that ID:
I checked your account and was unable to find this form either.
Basically, forms do not have an expiration date, the user may be redirected to the main JotForm page (My Forms) if the form was deleted only, but if the form has been disabled it should show a message instead.
May you provide us the form URL from your screenshot?
If you're sharing the forms via email, you may also forward it to support@jotform.com including this thread ID in the subject so we can check it on our end: 1967825
Let us know via this thread once you've sent the email, we will have a look on it.

Hi,
Here is the direct link from the form now: https://www.jotform.com/build/92464031442147
I have also attached my screenshot from my account where it shows that form is still active. I had sent my executives this form on September 5th with the link in the previous comment box, however when they went to complete the form this week, the link I had sent them made them create an account and then say there were on submissions. I sent them this new link above, and then it worked. So I guess my superiors were confused to know why it wouldn't work then did.
