Receiving "Incomplete Values" message when submitting newly created form

    Hello.  

    I just created a new form and as I'm testing it before going live, I receive the attached message once I submit the form.  

    I'm not sure what I've done that I shouldn't have or what I should do that I have not, but I could sure use your help solving this issue.

    Hi @robynlyn,

    I believe this field causes the issue. Please try deleting it and see if you still receive the error:

    Thank y’all so very much! How strange – I went over and over and over the form and did not see this field! So crazy! Thanks so much for the quick response – all seems to be working now!
