How can i get/retrieve the value from the form

in one page, i have 2 side, the middle side and the right side, on the middle side I have a form with "price" and "number of person" field on it, the problem is, how can i get/display the total price (price * number of person) that will display on right side

Unfortunately, I could not find the Total Price you are showing on your screenshot, is the form embedded? Can you please share the URL where the form is embedded. Please note though that if the total price is outside of the form, you will need to create a script on your website to achieve that.
