Is it possible to import existing fillable PDF and convert them as digital form?

Hello, I have several documents in pdf form for our youth wrestling club and we would like to make them all digital and have them embedded into our website. The first form is a Waiver, the 2nd form is a contract/code of conduct agreement and the final is a Registration form. We would like them digital and to be sequential and must complete each form before moving onto the next. Also can i import these existing pdf forms into a jotform and then edit?
