Email notifications not sent

    We are having the same problem and it's not been working for about 4 hours now (when I raised it as a problem!), I would be grateful if you could let us know when you know more ASAP.

    I could not locate your JotForm account with the email address. Nevertheless, the issue with the email notification has been resolved. There may be a slight delay in email for the next few hours due to the email queue. 

    Do let us know your account details if it continues to be an issue after that.
