Why am I out of Upload Space when nothing really is getting stored?

I want to re-subscribe again from free to Bronze level. Our website will be activated again this year. But right now it still keeps the history of my uploads, but in actuality I don't store anything, I store the uploads on Google Drive.

This question relates to the forum inquiry from other Jotform users:

    Hi @evitug!

I apologize for the inconvenience. This was most likely caused by a cache issue. I have re-calculated your upload space and it now shows that you are only storing 635.42 kilobytes. Cheers!

Thanks Denis. Just curious. I've seen many from old forum who have already inquired about the cache issue since 2016. Any thoughts why this has not been fixed for the last 3 years? What happens is, sometimes people would not care enough to inquire about the issue, and so they just upgrade right away.

The account usage is calculated automatically by the system; however, the process may be delayed a bit due to the number of processes being executed at the same time. Now, if you continue experiencing the issue, please let us know so we can open a ticket on our second level and have our developers checking this further.
