Unique Question with Number of Times Limit

Hi i was using Jotform "How to set form limits based on a unique Question"

but i want to limit the Entry after 3 entries but i am not able to increase the limit to 2 or 3 times. Example i want my customer to claim their warranty by entering their Phone# or Transaction# and they can claim 3 times lets say but the form only accepts one time Entry of the#. please let me know if there is away. find my link below

That is not possible at the moment and I'm afraid there's no workaround but I added this into our feature request list. Once this is added in the future, we will inform you here.
