My account is saying suspended, please can this be treated with immediate action

    My account is saying suspended , and am sure i didnt do anything wrong, please i need urgent attention

    I tried to check the email address you used in opening this post, however, it is not associated with any Jotform account.

    Can you confirm the link to your form that's having the issue you have described in your screenshot, please? We would like to check the status of the account that owns it so we can help you further.

    Thank you for the additional information. Upon reviewing the forms in the account that owns the form you have linked, I didn't find anything suspicious. And since that is the case, I have reactivated your account. You should be able to access your forms and account again.

    I checked your account and it's in good standing. Please try with another browser as well. That may work. Or, try clearing your browser cache and cookies for Jotform first before logging in your account.
