Upgrade Not Processing

I'm trying to upgrade my account but the upgrade is not processing and it stuck on the upgrade screen.

Please assist.

Hi Robert! 

It looks like since your account was over the limit on Upload Space your account was not active. However, I have gone ahead and re-activated the account. 

Please try to upgrade once more, let us know if the issue persists.
