Educational Discount Didn't Apply

    Hi, I just went in to upgrade my account and I didnt' see where the Educational discount was applied. Does it show up on my actual invoice?

    Dear Customer,

    The application is approved and the 50%off rate is available in the account. In order to take advantage of the discounted rate, we have cancelled the current Bronze monthly subscription effective at the end of the current billing cycle Aug 28th.

    After the subscription is cancelled, you may go ahead to upgrade the account at a discounted price.

    Hi @DalhousieUniversityESL,

    I do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced while trying to upgrade and not getting the educational discount. We noticed the username and email address on the application were different so that looks like why the discount was not applied. We did fix it on our side. You will need to downgrade your account and then re-upgrade back then you will get the educational discount. You will have a credit on your account for the difference since you already paid for the month.
