How do I configure the PayPal integration?

So I set up the form with my own paypal (cbgreenwald@gmail.com) while we were setting up PayPal for the organization. I would like to 

1) move the account to the organization paypal (syracusespeedskating@gmail.com)

2) get the PayPal integrated for payments, but it keeps telling me to go to settings and I don't see where or how. See screen shot
