Unable to access form showing an error message: This endpoint is disabled for your creditor - please contact support

    Please see error above. I keep getting this error. Form is connected with go cardless

    Hi,

    I tried to access the form link and it seems it's working fine.

    The error usually shows up when the form is disabled or the account is suspended. I checked the account's form owner and it is on active status. Kindly try to clear your browser's cache and cookies or try to use a different browser.

    Please let us know if you are still showing the message or unable to access the form.

    If you fill out the form and click submit it will go to the error

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. The issue seems to be related to the "GoCardless" payment tool.

    I would suggest you to please check your GoCardLess account and see if there is any limitations with your account. I would also suggest you to please connect with GoCardless support and ask them to check for any account / API issue.
