Trouble creating a payment calculation with a number of rules?

I can't seem to get the logic correct.

I have finally managed to figure out the logic and the calculations are now working thanks.
However I am now having trouble integrating PayPal checkout.
The confirmation email fails to arrive... I had this problem with a previous form but cannot recall the fix?
The form ID is

I checked your "2019-2020 Player Registration Form" and saw that you have integrated PayPal Standard to your form successfully.

If you want to integrate PayPal Checkout to your form firstly please remove the PayPal Standard from your form:

After removing the gateway you can integrate PayPal Checkout. You can follow How-to-Integrate-Form-to-PayPal-Checkout guide for further details.
