As far as I know, if the Salesforce edition is enabled with API access you should be able to connect to your JotForm to Salesforce.

You may try creating a test form with basic fields viz., Name, email address, phone number on a free account to check the connectivity with your Salesforce account. The following guide may be helpful with this.
