How to share form submissions?

Hi there and happy Tuesday, 


I hope this message finds you well and having an excellent start to the week.  

I was wondering if there's an option to share form submissions/allow my staff members to see form submissions.  

To give you contact, I work as a personal trainer and we have clients complete registration forms before they commence training.  How can I give my trainers access to these form submissions without creating a new form?  Does that make sense?
