QUestion before buying

    Hi,


    I want to create a survey form so one of my staff can go on site and review our customers job sites.

    Then after that allow those customers to login to access their report to see how they went and if they have a certain amount of low ratings they will be fined a certain amount of money.


    Could your system do something like that?
