How do I remove the paypal option of a form?

I used the course registration form templet

I do not want registrations with a pre-pay option. Payment is expected at the door.

The form automatically directs the user to PayPal. I used a multi choice properties box. 

I had integrative paypal on a previous form.

I believe you are referring to the Arlington Center Registration form. If yes, then you can remove the PayPal field in the Form Builder. Select the PayPal field and then click the Delete button. Here's a screenshot:
