The form I added to site is not showing on the mobile

     I uploaded a payment form to my site www.professionalmitigationservices.com however, when i view in mobile it shows your advertising page

    I have inspected the source code of the webpage you mentioned and I can see that you have embedded a non-existent form. Please try removing that in the source code:
