Form does not work in Safari.

The form works fine on Google Chrome, but on Safari, it gets stuck on the "Please wait we are processing your request..." loop. It happens right after clicking the Submit button. This was tested on multiple computers in different locations.

We have tried using the different embed codes: iframe, source code, [embed] etc. We have also tried clearing caches on both the website and browser. None have worked. The issue is only in Safari.

What could be the error and how can this be fixed?
