Why is my folder is deleted?

This morning I logged in to see if the issue with my submissions had corrected itself but it now shows I have no folder and that the forms I had deleted yesterday don't exist. Where did everything go?

I checked the history of your account and did not find any form or submission deletions. Are you referring to this account (PrimalAttitude)?

What exactly have you deleted? Forms or submissions?
