Request to switch from old submissions page to sheets

    Hi,

I refunded a customer via stripe.  I don't want delete her submission in jot form so I can keep a record.  Is there a way to mark the submission as refunded/voided/etc.  I saw there was a flag I could click, but could not find any associated functionality with that flag.

Suggestions so I don't have to delete the record?  Also I don't want to download the submission and then delete it.  I would like to keep everything together.

    thanks

    Brad

The best way to do this would be in the Sheets view, there you can add a column in the current submission. In the column, you can add a note about the status of the payment as shown. There you could filter the report based on the comments added:

Sheets' view is nothing but a new view for your submission responses. The User interface is much more interactive and responsive.

If you want we can raise a feature request for you to switch to the new version of the submission view.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

Thanks for doing this, I love the flexibility of sheets.  I have found two issues

    1) Easy work around on this one, but I thought I would bring it to your attention.  If a customer asks for a copy of their submission to be sent when I go that line in sheets and select forward, it includes all of the hidden fields that they should not see in the response.  I can easily delete these out of the email, but I thought you should know.

    2) I added a submission manually through the sheets for form# 92414492944160, recovery day registration with electronic check.  After I added this I noticed that the number of submissions on the dashboard page for that form went from 1 to 0, even though there are actually 2 now.
