Login shows suspended

    When attempting to login to my account, I get the message:

    Login Failed - SUSPENDED


    I successfully reset my password, but still will not let me login.

    Your account was suspended because the form in your account was flagged as collecting Social Security Number which is in violation of our Terms of use.

    You will need to add the below mandatory widgets in your form, in order to activate your account.

    1. Terms and Conditions - https://www.jotform.com/widgets/terms-and-condition 

    2. Signature - https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/signature

    I need to login to the account so I can remove those fields, however, I am unable to do so.

    I deleted the offending field and re-activated your account.

    If you wish to collect the social security numbers, please add the required widgets suggested by my colleague to avoid the automatic suspension of your account again.

    I was actually attempting to login to remove that field. Can you reactivate so I can remove it?

    I already re-activated your account simplecloud. Are you not able to login to your account?

    Could you please tell what's the error you are getting? Also, please share the IP address that you are using so we can whitelist it.

    I am unable to add these widgets without access to my account. Please re-enable the account so I can do so.

    Your account is active and in good standing. Your IP address 72.205.213.215 is not blocked as well.

    Could you please tell what is the error you are getting when you try to login to your account? Please share a screenshot of the issue with us so we can check.
