It is 10th now now but still my account is showing as quota full how can it be possible please clear it.
One more thing when ever somebody clicks our form we are getting two forms with same information please sort this also.

I tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue you reported. The form is submitted twice. I was able to replicate the same issue on my cloned form as well.
This is happening because you have a PayPal Standard payment field without products. If you do not want to collect payments, remove it from the form to resolve the issue.
If you want to sell some products add them to the payment filed and integrate it with your PayPal account.
