Square payment access token is missing error

    You need to connect the payment field to your Square account first for the integration to work.

    I did that already. It said I was connected and I still get the error message.

    Can you please confirm first that this is the form with issue.

    I checked the form again and it shows that Square is not connected.

    The payment integration will not work if its not connected to the Square account.

    I connected to Square and still got error message. Must I do this more than once--does it not stay connected? This would be hugely problematic. 1571070761Screen Shot 2019-10-14 at 9.30

    I checked your form (https://www.jotform.com/form/92810462227151). It still says that it is not connected.

    Usually, you have to connect the payment integrations only once.

    Can you please try to click on the Preview button, right after you connect the Square integration and try to make a test submission?
