Can't login to my account

    Hello, I can't login to my account because it say AUTO SUSPENDED

    We see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. It is not allowed to create login forms or collect sensitive information like Credit card numbers, etc through JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts are automatically suspended. Please refer to our Terms of usage for more information on phishing.   

    As we check your forms, we notice that the form created to reset password which triggered to suspension of your account. The offending fields and labels have been removed from your form now and the account is activated. Please refrain from adding such fields to the form to avoid any further suspensions.
