Account showing out of Quota error

Hello,

Late last week I saw a notification to say that I had reached my upload limit of 500.

Today I have deleted over 200 older uploads to free up space however when I go into

my 'Data Briefing Form_A' jotform (link below). It is still giving me an over Quota message and not letting me proceed with submissions.

Any advice?

I have noticed your yearly subscription is expired now. In order to continue, you would have to upgrade your account.

Your account is downgraded to a free one. So now your account is limited to 5 Forms only but you are having 13 Forms in your account.
