The payments are not being received

    Hello

    I set up a form for conference registration and payment. There are 5 purchases over the last few weeks but no payment has appeared in my bank account

    I did check your form and found that you have added PayPal payment tool and integrated with your PayPal account. You also seems to have received several payment submissions as well in your form.

    Have you checked your PayPal account already? Please check your PayPal account and the payment should be reflecting there. 

    Do get back to us if you do not see payment in your PayPal account.

    Thanks Ashwin. I checked and it is there. Phew!


    Another problem. I am trying to confirm my bank account but each time i click on it it takes me to an action failed screen.

    Is there any other way to confirm the small deposits received in the account.
