Problems with Jotform Showing Up

    I'm having issues with jotform not updating properly and also not informing us when we get requests in to our marketing email address. Wondering what's going on and how to make sure we are getting our requests in a timely manner!

    I checked your form ( I noticed that one notification e-mail had failed.

    In order to avoid email delivery issues, we would recommend you to setup your own SMTP sender. Sending via SMTP sends directly from that address taking our servers out of equation. Here is the guide:
