Placement of questions - is side by side a possibility?

I am new to using JotForm and we are trying to put our first form together - if successful, we plan to upgrade to a paid form.

I have questions regarding the formatting of form - specifically, is it possible to line up form questions side by side?

I've attached a screen shot - our preference would be to have the "Lot number" question appear to the right of the Dosing quantity question.  Can we do this?

Also, kindly note that this is influenced by the element's width and the form's width too. The form's width can be changed through the settings, if the fields don't display inline after enabling the shrink option you may increase the form's width enough to display both fields inline.
