Are dropdown buttons and widgets prevent CSV import in the Import App?

I am preparing the CSV file according to the .csv template format, but I get an error when importing my file.

Can dropdown buttons or widgets prevent CSV import and how do I avoid it?

May we know the form you're trying to import the submission?

May we know also the error you receive when you try to import the files?

You may try saving your imports as .xlsx file instead of .CSV and let us know if the issue still remains.

1)I added the form I'm trying to import the submission. (Page URL: https://form.jotform.com/92895172230964)

2)Screenshot of an Error I receive

3)I tried to import .xlsx file but the issue still remains.

I can also send the CSV file I want to upload to you. You can check it. If dropdown buttons and widgets prevent this import process, I should replace them. But I wanted to ask you before I was sure they were blocking it.

There shouldn't be an issue when using a dropdown or any widgets.

I tested it in the cloned version of your form and it is working as usual. The upload works and it imports the data.

Please ensure that the Excel file you've uploaded follows the provided format. The first row on your Excel file should be the same as the one provided in the .XLS template.
