We are using Jotform to take payments for an upcoming conference. We have it linked to our Square account, with the settings to send a receipt after purchase to the specific email address.
I have used this process in the past and had no issues with receipts getting sent.
Now, Square and Jotform aren't working together to send our customers a receipt. We get the funds in Square, but no receipt is sent. We are having to login to Square and do it manually.
Please advise,

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form "NCFXF 2019 Conference Registration" and found that you have correctly configured it to send automatic receipt to the users.
I would suggest you to please disconnect Square payment tool in your form connect again to see if that solves your problem.
