Hi jotform
I can't access Jotforms. Account suspended and IP Phishing attempts.
I already deleted the wrong form.

I see that your account is active and good in standing. We have also now whitelisted your IP address from our records. Please check again and let us know the public IP address if you are still not able to login to your account.
