How to change field conditions depending upon a previous field being used.

On this registration form, I would like to change the fields that follow Name 2, Name 3, Name 4 to required.  In other words, if a person enters a name in Name 2 field, I would like the fields QCS relationship, Phone number and Desired message to change to being required.  Otherwise, they should be not required.

If I make all fields required and use conditional logic on Name 2 (and others) to hide the other fields when empty, will the form then not error out if the subsequent fields are not filled?

I believe I have answered my own question through testing.  If a field that is marked as required but is hidden, it will not throw an error if it is left blank.

You are correct, even if the field is required when its hidden it will not throw an error.

We also have a condition to require/unrequire fields.

    Example condition:
