Unable to access my account - Autosuspended

    Hi,

    My account was auto suspended for some reason, and I would like to know why.

    I’m guessing it’s because I have to collect username / password information from my clients. 

    if that is the case, is there a way around that? 

    it is crucial that I collect this information.

    Your account got suspended by our anti-phishing detector tool. Your form is asking for a password which is against our terms of use.

    We need to remove those guilty fields (shown in the screenshot above) before we can activate your account back to good status.

    Okay, you can remove them.
    Question, is there a way I can still ask for passwords? Widget tool, or
    anything? This is very crucial for my agency to collect this information.
    I WILL NOT do this, if you state I can’t.
    Am I allowed to say Pswrd? Or put a Vimeo video explaining to put there
    password with the username question?

    I deleted the guilty fields and activated your account back to good status.

    You can try collecting phone numbers or email addresses and call/email your users to ask for the password of their account. Unfortunately, there's no other way to collect a password using JotForm. 

    We also have form reviewers that scanning all forms every day so the "Pswrd" might get away from the Anti-phishing detector tool but not with our form reviewers. You can try the "access code" word.

    So, just to be clear so I don’t get suspended.
    Am I aloud to say “Instagram Username” and my clients will put their
    Username and Password on same line.
    For example:
    Question: Instagram Username?
    Answer: Jordan , Jordan1234

    As long as there's no "Password" word on your form and not asking for it, that's is okay.

    No, I already activated it earlier. Please check it and if the account is still suspended, please share the account username or the email address registered to it and we will check it.
