I checked the Square integration and it is connected correctly and also in Live mode which will enable you to accept payments.
Whereas for the form "92886115731159", the Square payment integration is not connected.

Yes, if you need the payments to be received correctly from both the forms, then the Square payment must be integrated correctly into both the forms.
Are you planning on collecting payments through both the forms or only one form? Are both forms linked in any way or do they work independently?
