Account upgrade not pulling through

    I paid for an account upgrade to Bronze - and it's not upgrading my account, my account is still blocked and the money has been deducted from my credit card??

    As you upgraded the account through BlueSnap. This might take a little time to approve the payment as it needs to be done manually. We have not received any payment yet. Your account will be upgraded as soon as we receive the payment.
