Account Suspended

While logging in my account it shows suspended. What did I do? and how to prevent it in future?

Your account got suspended by our anti-phishing detector tool. Upon checking it manually, I didn't see any violations against our terms of use. 

I went ahead and activated your account back to good status. You can now use your account and manage your forms.
