Hello,
I have my email set up as the email to receive notifications when forms are submitted, but I am not receiving the emails. I checked in my Junk mailbox and did not see anything there. Also, when I send a test, it comes to my mailbox, but when I actually test submitting a form, nothing comes through.
Any thoughts?

Could you please confirm if you are referring to the 'Donor Meeting Report' form? Also, can we submit a test entry to troubleshoot this?
