Transfer form to our paid account.

We recently upgraded our account from the free version.  We use two other forms under a different free account that we would like to move to our paid account.  Is there a way to merge the two accounts or transfer those forms to our paid account?

Can you tell us the forms (Form Title or Form URL) that you would like to transfer from your free account (automateddairy), please? Right now, your free account has 4 active forms. Are we only going to transfer the forms that have submissions? Please tell us the username of the (paid) target account also so we may proceed with the transfer.

Please transfer the two that have submissions.  In our Automateddairy account transfer "Fleet Service Request" and "Fleet Service Record" to our paid account of adskenyon.  Thank you for the help.
