Why does Square keep unlinking on the form?

    I have a parent trying to sign their child up for a youth conference. Every time she tries to submit the payment for the deposit through the form it tells her there is an error and the access token is missing. I go in, and sure enough it says to connect to Square. Why is it disconnecting? Shouldn't it stay connected so people can use it? I reconnected it again, but will this keep happening? How do I get it to stay?

    Hi @CarrieWesseler!

    Once you connect your Square Account on your form it will remain connected in order to receive payment from your customers. Please let us know if the issue persists after reconnecting your square account?
