Membership submission quota

Hi, we have a silver level membership on a shared company account, atlee64. Within that, we have a few personal accounts linked to the shared atlee drive, including mine (mracicot@manning-napier.com). From what I can tell, we have not hit our submission maximum for a month, but every so often we get this error message when creating new forms. I attached an image. This has been going on for months and we reached out to support before, but their suggestions did not fix the problem. We cannot use surveys via jotform because the submission quota block prevents us from sharing a usable link.

    Hi,

Aside from the forms shared to your account, you also have 2 existing forms that are directly created in your account. Please take note that only the shared forms are counted towards the master accounts limit. The forms created directly in your account will be counted towards your free account limits.

As of checking, your account has exceeded the monthly submissions limit allocated for the month. For the free user, the submissions limit is 100 per month.

Anyway, since this only happened once and the forms that receive submissions for this month were in your trash folder, I have reset your submissions counter to zero. Your forms should now be working again. To prevent this from happening again, you may transfer the forms to your master account so they will be counted towards the master accounts limit.
