cancelling subscription and refund

    Can you help me cancel my subscription that was billed yesterday and get a refund for the $19.99? I'm not needing the service currently.

    I have checked your account subscription and you're in the Bronze monthly  I-B39TPR7A5L27 via PayPal.

    It seems you have cancelled already the subscription in PayPal. I have processed the subscription cancellation and  the refund.

    Please give us 5-7 days for the refund to reflect the account.
