My colleagues can not login

    Few days back, One of my colleague had an issue with logging in through the app. It was saying it is "invalid username / password". We tried resetting the password but that also did not work. We tried signing up again to see if our account got deactivated, it is saying that account already exists.

    Now my other colleague also started facing the same issue.

    The emails which are facing the issue are:

    kuldeep@propertycare.ae

    renz@propertycare.ae

    Can you please check if there is a problem from your end.

    It seems there is no account with the email address kuldeep@propertycare.ae. However, there is an account linked to the email address renz@propertycare.ae. Please try logging into this account and share a screenshot with us if you are getting any error while login.
