How can I get "verify my email" to work?

    Hi,

    I tried changing my email back to my work email.  A verify email was sent to me and when I tried to verify my email, I received a "Not Valid Link" response.

    Can you please get me back into my jotForms?

    I would prefer to use my work email as this is work related.

    As far as I can see the account linked to the above form is cappiesnca with registered email address a**m.ca***ell@cappies.org.

    Your email address Glenda.Miesner@cappies.org is already linked to another account GlendaCappies and hence cannot be used to modify the email address of the account mentioned above.

    So you will need to use an alternate email address. Hope this helps.
