Autoresponders on Encrypted Form

    once someone fills out my form, it is not sending them a email with the details that they filled out. 


    how can i fix this

    I have inspected the form you mentioned and I can see that you have ENABLED the encryption of your FORM DATA.

    Please note that when you encrypt the form, there are some features that will not be available, including Autoresponders:

    IMPORTANT:

    Some of the features that are not available for Encrypted Forms are:

    1. PDF Downloads.

    2. Reports (this includes downloading Excel and CSV files from within the Submissions Page).

    3. Emails: Email Notifications and Autoresponder (usually emailed to the form submitters).
