Unable to Import the Sheet into the submission page

    having trouble import spreadsheet to jots form...can you assist me please as Im sure I don't have it formatted properly

    Could you please share the sheet that you are trying to import and in which Form you are trying to import. Please upload the sheet in Google Drive and share the link with us.
