Spreadsheet widget read-only column

Can I lock only some columns in a form using the spreadsheet function? I want the ones with formulas locked but the other ones open for data to be inputted.

Can I also have it only calculate to a certain number of decimal places? When I get emailed the form it shows that put when people are inputting the data I would like it to only go to two decimal places

It is possible to make a cell in your Spreadsheet widget read-only.
